Perform a series of preventive treatments, including routine inspections and actions to prevent problems and is carried out periodically (i.e., quarterly) as follows:
Corrective Maintenance, namely Corrective Action, Root Cause Analysis and Defect Fixing in order to repair and / or prevent similar problems from recurring in the future. This is done in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We will work together with our principle to fix and make the patch released, actively communicate with the customer, and schedule to apply fixes, testing, distributing and implementing patch released that has been provided by the principle. As a result, Corrective Maintenance report will be provided.
